Repair Week 2026

Merseyside Recycling & Waste Authority and Zero Waste LCR proudly present Repair Week 2026 – taking place from Monday 2nd – Sunday 8th March 2026.

About Repair Week

Repair Week was introduced in 2020 by ReLondon, as a key step towards building more resilient, low carbon circular cities. In 2025, Liverpool City Region joined the growing Repair Week network and we’re excited to return for 2026!

Our aim is to give Liverpool City Region residents practical skills and encourage greater use of existing repair services. We want this week to bring together local businesses, community organisations and individuals who have skills, services and expertise to showcase.

Throughout the week, we will promote all things repair across the Liverpool City Region. We are looking for partners and supporters to help us share knowledge, build connections, and encourage repair across our communities.

Know any repair organisations, events or tips you want us to share? Get in touch via zerowastelcr@merseysidewda.gov.uk or give us a shout on our X, Instagram or Facebook pages.

Why should you get involved?

With the current climate emergency and an ever-increasing cost of living, more and more people are looking to repair to save money and be more sustainable.

Whether you’re a local resident or a repair provider, Repair Week is a great opportunity to support the movement – by boosting your knowledge, promoting your business, or providing a community space for skills to flourish.

Below, you can check out Repair Week 2026 events, explore our Repair Directory (a map of repair organisations across the region), meet local reuse and repair heroes, and discover a range of repair tips to try at home!
